MISSION STATEMENT:
BOSKO CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
BOSKO Christian School desires to meet the individual needs of its learners through small classes, in an environment that removes the pressure from the learner.
BOSKO Christian School follows the National Curriculum Statement (NCS) and is committed to a learner:teacher ratio of +-20:1 from Grade 1 to Grade 7 (classroom space permitting). Teachers attend all wced CAPS training sessions in the Overstrand area and encourage their learners to strive for educational excellence always.

The school endeavors to teach Christian values and social skills that help the learner become an active and positive leader in the community. JESUS is our cornerstone. We are committed (daily) to instill principles of Christian character in each learner, encouraging obedience to God and kindness and consideration to all. Each learner is wonderfully unique and we strive to make every learner aware of his/her amazing, God-given talents and gifts.
SAFETY FIRST
Bosko Christian School has a dedicated safety and security officer (teacher). Fire drills are carried out periodically and the local traffic, police and fire department visit annually. The alarmed school building is secure with direct access to the ADT Security control room.
OUR RESULTS
All Bosko Christian School teachers strive to give every single learner the best education possible. The school follows the careers of our ex learners through high school and college or university.
SCHOOL TRANSPORT
Bosko Christian School does not offer transport to/from school. Parents liaise directly with their taxi (transport) service of choice. The school is not situated in walking distance of Zwelihle, Hawston etc.
FACILITIES
Bosko Christian School is a fully functioning independent (npo, wced registered) primary school.
The double-storey school building is situated on the Mario Marchio Ministries premises in Eastcliff Hermanus. The school building is fully equipped with a reception area, bathrooms, playground and individual classrooms (ECD, Grade R and Grades 1-7).
FUN ACTIVITIES
We believe in a fun and intuitive way of learning, combining physical and mental activities daily.
LEARNING TOOLS
Each classroom is equipped with the appropriate learning tools (LTSMs) to teach children and learners in the most efficient way. Textbooks are purchased by the school; stationery by the parents.
